1. General

By accessing and placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of CCMU Trading SA.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. CCMU Trading SA reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

CCMU Trading SA is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by our delivery agents.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items may not be returned without prior approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

6. Restocking Fee

Customers who choose a store credit will not incur any restocking fee. Customers who request a cash refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and related costs.

7. Damaged Items

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence. Please contact us immediately at our customer service email.

8. Customer Service

Our team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 hour during business hours. Emails received outside business hours will be addressed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of CCMU Trading SA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CCMU Trading SA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms

CCMU Trading SA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
