Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CCMU Trading SA. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once processed, orders are shipped within 3–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of R550 on all orders, regardless of size or delivery location within South Africa. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within South Africa. For remote or outlying areas, delivery times may be longer than standard estimates. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your area.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your order has not been received within 7 business days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with our delivery agents to investigate the shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee of R550 for the order to be reshipped.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

CCMU Trading SA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as Delivered by our delivery agents. We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the claim and advise on next steps in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
